We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in building scalable and reliable systems. As an Engineering Manager at Snapmint, you will be responsible for: * Leading the engineering team to design, develop, test and deploy high-quality software products * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features and technical requirements * Developing and maintaining technical roadmaps and architecture designs * Ensuring that all engineering projects are completed on time, within budget and meet the required quality standards * Mentoring and guiding junior engineers to improve their skills and performance * Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our products and services.
