Engineering Manager

Position: MFC Engineering Manager - Middelburg - Mining Industry Location: Middelburg, South Africa Company: A leading mining company in the region RPO Recruitment's client is looking for an experienced and skilled MFC Engineering Manager to join their team in Middelburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all engineering operations within the Mine, focusing on the management of maintenance, reliability, and engineering processes. The MFC Engineering Manager will work closely with the Operations Team to ensure that all engineering activities are aligned with the company's overall strategy. This includes managing and coordinating the activities of multiple teams, including maintenance, reliability, and engineering personnel. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of mining industry practices and regulations, as well as experience in managing complex engineering projects. In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to develop and implement strategies for improving plant performance, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency. The MFC Engineering Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.
