Your Role As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers in developing innovative solutions that drive business outcomes. This includes: • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and develop technical roadmaps • Mentoring and coaching junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge • Identifying and mitigating technical risks and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve processes and methodologies. What You’ll Need To Succeed: • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in software development or engineering • Strong technical skills and understanding of cloud-based platforms, AI-driven insights, and automation • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders • Proven track record of delivering high-quality products and services on time and within budget • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
