Your Role As the Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of talented engineers, providing technical direction, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. You will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality software, ensuring alignment with product strategy and business goals. What You'll Do * Lead, mentor, and coach a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. * Provide technical leadership and guidance, ensuring the team makes sound technical decisions. * Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define and prioritize technical roadmaps and project plans. * Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of software products, ensuring high quality and adherence to best practices. * Drive innovation and promote the adoption of new technologies and approaches. * Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and other activities to ensure code quality and maintainability. * Manage team performance, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews. * Contribute to the development and maintenance of our engineering processes and standards. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
