Engineering Manager - QA

We are looking for talented and passionate individuals to join us on this journey. About the Team At Mercari, the QA team is responsible for the quality of our services. We work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to ensure that our products meet the highest standards. We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and grow our QA team. Responsibilities * Manage and lead a team of QA engineers. * Define and implement QA strategies and processes. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. * Drive test automation efforts. * Mentor and coach QA engineers. * Participate in code reviews. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years of experience in a management role. * Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. * Experience with test automation frameworks and tools. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Experience with Agile development methodologies.
