Engineering Manager

Role: Senior Engineering Manager The ideal candidate will be a talented full-stack Engineering Manager responsible for one of the product lines at Matrimony.com, collaborating with cross-functional teams - including engineers and product managers - to deliver new products and features for our customer centric go-to-live Market Business. Location: Chennai (Work from Office) Responsibilities: Architecture, design and development for the backend and the frontend. Work directly with product manager to define and prioritize product roadmap. Ensure that all engineering projects are well-planned, executed and delivered on time. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, designers and QA to deliver high-quality products. Develop and maintain technical roadmaps for the product lines. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Identify and mitigate risks associated with engineering projects. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Work closely with other Engineering Managers to align on technical strategies and priorities. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies and best practices.
