Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION - ENGINEERING MANAGER- MASTERSINDIA We are looking for a customer-obsessed, analytical Sr. Staff Engineer to lead the development and growth of our Tax Compliance product suite. In this role, you’ll shape innovative digital solutions that simplify and automate tax filing, reconciliation, and compliance workflows for businesses of all sizes. As an Engineering Manager at MASTERSINDIA, you will be responsible for: • Developing and implementing innovative digital solutions that simplify and automate tax filing, reconciliation, and compliance workflows for businesses of all sizes. • Leading a team of engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy software applications that meet the needs of our customers. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs. • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and training materials for internal stakeholders. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve processes and products. • Building strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver value-added solutions. • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to help them grow in their careers. Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience as an engineer or engineering manager in the software industry. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git. • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and infrastructure. • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of engineers. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
