Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development of innovative healthcare technology solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy healthcare technology solutions. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, clinicians, and technical partners. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in healthcare technology. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of projects. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery. - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare technology landscape, including regulatory requirements, industry standards, and emerging trends. About the Role As an Engineering Manager in our Healthcare Technology division, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative healthcare technology solutions that improve patient outcomes, enhance clinician experience, and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy these solutions, while also providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, product development, or a related field. - Strong understanding of healthcare technology trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. - Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience working with Agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git. - Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and infrastructure. - Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
