Engineering Manager for Time and Method Planning

Orienta spa - benefit society, Florence branch, is looking for a third-party excellence in the luxury sector, partner of prestigious international brands, to hire an Engineering Manager for Time and Method Planning. The planning engineer, in close collaboration with the mother company client, will have full responsibility for:

• Analysis and planning on time and production methods.
• Optimization of production processes in terms of efficiency and quality.
• Monitoring of production phases and proposing improvement solutions.
• Supporting programming and production management.
• Fully following operational flows for two client brands. Requisites:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management

- Experience in similar roles within manufacturing companies (preferably fashion/luxury sector).

- Skills in planning, time and method analysis, and process management.

- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. OFFER:
