Engineering Manager / Director of Engineering

Role Overview: Parallelz is redefining what’s possible in mobile gaming by transforming native mobile apps into fully native web experiences that run instantly in the browser. We are hiring an Engineering Manager or Director of Engineering to bring alignment, focus, and operational clarity across our technical organization. You’ll manage the Platform and Infrastructure team, help connect efforts across engineering groups, and ensure smooth coordination between product goals and technical execution. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for setting the technical direction for our platform and infrastructure, ensuring that it aligns with our overall business strategy. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead by example.
