Engineering Manager, DeFi Wallet (Mobile App) (m/f/d)

As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading our mobile app development team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products to market. Your key responsibilities will include: • Developing and maintaining technical roadmaps for our mobile apps • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features and improvements • Mentoring and guiding junior engineers to help them grow professionally • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and applying this knowledge to improve our products and processes. Our ideal candidate has: • A degree in Computer Science or related field • At least 5 years of experience in software development, preferably with a focus on mobile apps • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide team members • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform • A strong passion for DeFi and blockchain technology.
