Engineering Manager, CDX Platform

Job Description Summary: The Engineering Manager for the CDX Platform team will lead the development of Pismo’s Control Center, a corporate web application that enables clients to manage and configure the products they’ve contracted. This role demands a strong focus on security, scalability, and reliability, as the team is responsible for critical platform components including authentication, authorization, audit logs, dual approval, and structural integrity of the Control Center. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing cross-functional teams, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products. He/She should be well-versed in Agile methodologies, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to effectively prioritize tasks and manage competing demands. In addition, the successful candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud-based technologies, containerization, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will also have experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control systems such as Git.
