Engineering Lead/Mgr

Role Overview: We are looking for an Engineering Leader / Manager to take end-to-end ownership of Product features technical delivery which comprises of taking UX/Features requirement as input to produce technical design, development, system tested quality delivery for our multi-customer SaaS product . This role requires a strong technical background, clear process thinking, and proven people leadership to drive execution and build reliable systems. Key Responsibilities: • Ability to lead, review and manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously; • Strong understanding of software development life cycle, Agile methodologies, and version control systems (e.g., Git); • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and sales; • Proven track record in leading high-performing teams and driving results-oriented culture; • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and maintain a sense of urgency; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues; • Experience with cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS) and containerization (e.g., Docker); • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Kubernetes); • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
