• Lead the technical development of products and industrial processes with a focus on plastic injection.

• Manage engineering schedules, action plans, and perform critical risk analysis.

• Achieve results-focused work using improvement tools like Costing, Pricing, VA/VE.

• Negotiate with internal and final clients in a high-tech environment.

• Coordinate multifunctional teams with hands-on posture and resolute profile.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with proven experience in the automotive industry.

• Prior experience on projects at Stellantis.

• Solid knowledge of CAD NX or CATIA.

• Familiarity with engineering practices like DFA/DFM, APQP, and IATF.

• Experience in developing products and industrial processes.

• Able to prepare and follow up on schedules and action plans.

• Assertive communication, proactivity, persuasion, and resilience.

• Experience with sistemática STLA (will be considered a significant differential).

• Knowledge of automotive painting processes.

• Prior experience in activities related to costs and continuous improvements (VA/VE).
