• The Engineering & Technology department is responsible for the development capabilities, solution & technology architecture, and site reliability within BPSO.

Connecting your world

As Engineering Lead, you will lead the Engineering & Technology division within BPSO. Together with your team, you will ensure that the applications that make the difference in the airport's operations daily are developed and managed safely, reliably, and future-proof. You will work closely with the managers of the operational domains within BPSO. Where they provide direction for the 'what,' you are responsible for the 'how.' You will lead an organization of approximately 50 engineering professionals, supported by experienced technical leaders. It is up to you to create the right conditions so that developers, architects, and engineers can perform optimally and develop themselves to continuously make an impact on airport operations.

• Developing and communicating the engineering vision and technical strategy within BPSO
• Strengthening the engineering culture within BPSO
• Developing, coaching, and growing engineers and technical leaders
• Ensuring the technical quality, security, and reliability of our applications and platforms.

• €7002 to €10308 gross per month (outside CAO 4-D).

• Variable remuneration.
