What You’ll Do:
- Lead tenders, contract negotiations, and commercial project delivery
- Manage end-to-end delivery across wind-farm, heavy-lift, and infrastructure projects
- Build lasting client relationships and drive business growth
- Provide engineering guidance and coordinate technical teams
- Contribute to strategy, planning, and resource allocation at a senior level
- Experience in the wind industry is essential
- Proven expertise in contracts management, negotiation, and commercial delivery
- Confident leading complex, high-risk projects with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communicator with strong leadership skills
- Open to relocating to Christchurch – full relocation assistance provided
