Engineering Compliance Lead - GMP & Quality Systems

Sanofi is looking for an Engineering Compliance Lead in Singapore who will play a crucial role in ensuring that Engineering & Maintenance operations are compliant and inspection-ready. This position involves leading compliance activities, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with Quality and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in engineering or quality within regulated manufacturing environments, along with strong knowledge of GMP and quality management principles. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all Engineering & Maintenance operations are compliant with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies. This includes conducting audits, inspections, and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, identifying and mitigating risks, and providing training and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of GMP principles, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements.
