Engineering Manager – Advanced Automation A global manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced engineering leader to drive the development and implementation of advanced automation solutions across high-volume production environments This role will be responsible for leading automation development projects from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with global engineering standards, operational excellence, and strong financial outcomes. The position will play a critical role in developing and implementing innovative automation solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing advanced automation strategies to drive business growth and profitability • Leading cross-functional teams of engineers, technicians, and subject matter experts to design, develop, test, and implement automation solutions • Collaborating with global engineering teams to ensure alignment with company standards and best practices • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with automation projects • Developing and managing budgets for automation projects • Providing technical guidance and support to production teams on the implementation of automation solutions.
