Engineering And Maintenance Manager

Key Functional Areas of Responsibility 1. Engineering & Process Development Technical Leadership Lead engineering strategy for new product introductions (NPI), new equipment installation (NEI), and process development. Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes through layout redesign, capacity analysis, ergonomic enhancements, and workflow optimization. Project Management Manage the full lifecycle of capital projects (CAPEX): justification, design, vendor selection, budgeting, inspection, testing, commissioning, and close-out. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that drive business results. 2. Maintenance & Reliability Technical Leadership Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance strategy that aligns with business objectives. Implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance. Manage the repair and replacement of equipment, as well as spare parts inventory management. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that drive business results. 3. Continuous Improvement Technical Leadership Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in engineering and maintenance processes. Budgeting & Cost Management Technical Leadership Manage the budget for engineering and maintenance activities, including capital expenditures (CAPEX) and operating expenses (OPEX).
