Engineer Mechanical Installations

We are looking for a new step in your career? We are looking for an engineer for electrical and mechanical installations.

As an engineer for mechanical installations, your main task is to translate the customer's wishes into an efficient solution and technical concept. Your tasks and responsibilities are focused on setting up electrical or mechanical descriptions/designs/specifications independently in different project phases according to applicable regulations and standards. Experience with Autocad and BIM is a plus.

Together with a close team, you will go through the various engineering stages that belong to our diverse assignments.

Important here is that you have good communication skills. During work, you will have frequent contact with colleagues but also with your external contacts (suppliers, client, user etc.).

Where do you work?
The organization is small where flexibility is a requirement. There are 11 FTEs. Therefore, we expect you to perform other tasks as well if required. Approximately 90% of the tasks are focused on designing and engineering. The branches in which the organization advises, manages, and renovates are very diverse. Think about government, healthcare, education, cultural heritage, industry, housing, and utility. The office is located in Oldenzaal.

What is your talent?
To perform this function well, you will need a certain knowledge and experience. Our ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

• In possession of the MBO/HBO diploma in Installatietechniek for mechanical installations or MBO/HBO-energietechniek in combination with work experience in installation technology
• In possession of the MBO/HBO diploma in Installatietechniek for electrical installations or MBO/HBO-energietechniek in combination with work experience in installation technology
• A minimum of 1 year of work experience in a similar function
• You possess the ability to develop and generate new or original ideas for the purpose of improving or replacing existing working methods, ideas, or products.
