The Engineer, Shift Manufacturing will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing manufacturing solutions that drive efficiency, quality, and productivity. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation technologies, and data analytics. Key responsibilities include: • Designing and developing manufacturing solutions using computer-aided design (CAD) software and programming languages such as Python or C++. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate manufacturing solutions into existing production lines. • Developing and implementing testing procedures to ensure the quality of manufactured products. • Analyzing data from manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and optimize production workflows. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in manufacturing automation. • Participating in continuous learning and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or computer science. • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, process improvement, or a related field. • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation technologies, and data analytics. • Proficiency in CAD software and programming languages such as Python or C++. • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
