REQUIREMENTS:

- Higher education in the field of - installations/mechanics/electroenergetics/construction

- Experience in the field - minimum 2 years

- Good knowledge of specialty

- Knowledge of operating PC: Word, Excel, Power Point

- Driving license category B

- Medium-level English language skills constitute an advantage.

COMPETENCIES NEEDED FOR THE JOB:

1. In the field of thermal installations:

a) Thermal systems: heating systems, central heating

b) thermal networks for transport and distribution

c) heating systems for various categories of buildings

d) equipment and materials

2. In the field of sanitary installations:

a) water supply installations

b) drainage installations

c) public sanitation installations

3. Knowledge in the field of natural gas installations constitutes an advantage.

MAIN ATTRIBUTES:

· Elaborate compliance reports (conforming to existing networks) according to current legislation

· Prepare intervention programs for wells.

· Prepare work situations, necessary materials, prime materials, subassemblies and equipment needed for works.

• Evaluate together with investment responsible persons the value of works necessary for realizing investments.
• Participate in analyzing offers, tender documents and execution contracts with third parties.
• Determine the need for materials, prime materials, subassemblies and equipment necessary for good process production, maintenance and repairs.
• Participate in elaborating technical projects
• Know, for applying, legislative norms regarding the specific field of the company.
