Engineer, Pkg Reliability (Open)

Position Overview: As a Global Quality (GQ) Package Reliability Engineer at Micron Technology Inc., you will be accountable for ensuring the quality and reliability of semiconductor packages across assigned product lines. This role encompasses end-to-end coordination of package qualification activities for new products, as well as for new designs, materials, or processes. You will provide recommendations on product release decisions based on comprehensive reliability test results. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with quality and reliability requirements for semiconductor packages across assigned product lines. * Coordinate end-to-end package qualification activities for new products, including design, material, and process changes. * Provide recommendations to product release decisions based on comprehensive reliability test results. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement corrective actions for non-conforming semiconductor packages. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of semiconductor package designs, materials, and processes. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in semiconductor packaging technology. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field. * 5+ years of experience in a quality or reliability engineering role, preferably in the semiconductor industry. * Strong understanding of semiconductor package designs, materials, and processes. * Experience with reliability testing and analysis methods. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
