We are expanding our team and filling this position in the Düsseldorf/Niederrhein area. Your job is responsible for project development in the field of armature technology
You will manage customers, take over correspondence, and coordinate project meetings with individual departments
The order processing in the ERP system also belongs to your task area as well as the tracking of deadlines for orders
You will steer and oversee collaboration with various departmental units, such as sales, construction, production, procurement, quality management, shipping
The processing of customer complaints and the care of customer visits and inspections rounds out your task area
Your potential With pleasure and success completed studies in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering
You have initial (professional) experience in order processing or project management, e.g. through a first job, internship, or thesis work
You are proficient in MS Office products, an ERP system (ideally SAP), and the English language securely
Desirable are also material knowledge
