ENGINEER METHODS

Au sein de l’équipe Méthodes & Planning, you intervene directly on building projects both during the offer phase and during execution to ensure a smooth progress and achieve the objectives set in terms of deadline, efficiency, and cost optimization.

MISSIONS :

• Partie METHODES :
• • Design installation plans for construction sites and propose suitable equipment (cranes, storage areas, circulation zones, bases-of-life, logistics, etc.) in collaboration with the estimator or site team;
  • Determine optimal execution methods and phases according to the type of construction project (cycles, rotation of coffrings, etançonnements, prefabrication, methodological notes, etc.) ;
  • Analyze critically the solutions taken from plans and basic documents of projects in order to propose adapted construction modes or variants (foundations, main structure, envelope, second structure, etc.) ;

• Partie PLANNING :
• • Establish detailed plans during the offer phase in collaboration with the estimator;
  • Establish detailed plans during execution (upstream, execution, purchases, financial) in collaboration with the site team ;
  • Ensure regular follow-up and updating of execution plans for construction sites ;
