Engineer/ Jr. Manager/ Asst. Manager- Civil

Job Summary Requires Civil Engineers having experience in structural design, works like roads, buildings and various infrastructure facilities and utilities to support mining operation ensuring compliance with national standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities Considering the physical features of the local areas, plan and design the civil works required for the mining projects. Prepare and submit reports, proposals and technical documents for approval. Preparation of contract documents, Briefs and other relevant papers for stakeholders. Ensure that all designs and plans are in accordance with the company's policies and procedures. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of projects. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering design, construction and project management. Strong understanding of local regulations and national standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant tools. Certification as a Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent is an asset.
