Cerinte:
• studies in technical fields (installations/energy/mechanical engineering);

• advanced knowledge of MS Office Excel, MS Project Planner, and AutoCad;

• medium to advanced level English language skills;

• attention to detail, initiative, self-organization;

• ability to manage the procurement of materials for the construction site;

• capacity for analysis and synthesis;
• communication and negotiation skills;
• teamwork skills;
• driving license category B.

Description:

• Verifying costs, quality, and quantities of subcontractors;
• Preliminary preparation and verification of technical offers;
• Collaboration with architects, engineers, and other specialists;
• Techincal support in project execution;
• Economic documentation for offering that includes requesting quotes from suppliers;
• Preparation of antemasurators/lists of quantities;
• Ensuring quality parameters in accordance with client requirements;
• Techincal assistance for the execution of works (additional explanations or on-site support, as needed).
