GENERAL INSTAL COMP offers complete services for designing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, sanitary installations, fire protection, electrical installations, and technical consulting related to these.
Our company comes to clients with a comprehensive package of services in the field of designing installations for different types of buildings with multiple functions such as: individual homes, residential complexes, offices, hotels, hospitals, laboratories, warehouses, industrial buildings, commercial buildings, cinemas, etc. Our services ensure all phases of design: feasibility study . technical documentation, authorization, technical project, execution details, technical assistance for construction, using CAD solutions from the latest and most efficient.
Currently, with our 30 permanent employees in our offices in Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca, we can cover a wide range of work types
GENERAL INSTAL COMP is expanding its team at the Cluj-Napoca office, for which if you are interested, please send us your CV.
Requirements:
Designing project documents (written and drawn) within the HVAC installation department (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and fire protection).
Participating in discussions with beneficiaries.
Certifications:
- Design installations for phases: SF, PAC, PT, DDE.
- Realize: technical memoranda, calculation briefs, functional schemes etc;
- Prepare quantity lists, task books, authorization documents;
- Develop design solutions and offer technical solutions corresponding to all types of buildings (individual homes, residential complexes, office buildings, commercial buildings, industrial buildings, etc)
Higher education completed
Familiar knowledge with Revit, MagiCad, Autocad, Ms Office.
