Engineer

What will you do:

As an engineer, you play a central role within technical projects. You are responsible for the technical elaboration of designs and ensure that solutions meet the stated requirements regarding quality, safety, and manufacturability. You work together with fellow engineers, project management, and execution to successfully realize projects.

Your activities include:

• Designing, elaborating, and optimizing technical solutions within projects;
• Drawing up and checking technical specifications, calculations, and documentation;
• Coordinating with project management, work preparation, execution, suppliers, and clients;
• Supporting the execution with technical knowledge and advice;
• Identifying technical bottlenecks and actively thinking about suitable solutions;
• Monitoring quality, progress, and technical feasibility within projects;
• Contributing to improvements in engineering processes and technical standards;

Requirements:

What do you bring?

• A completed MBO or HBO education in Electrical Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineering, or demonstrable technical knowledge through work experience;
• Experience as an engineer, or working in a technical role such as mechanic, technician, or work preparer with the ambition to grow into engineering;
• Affinity with technical projects within installation technology, industry, or utilities;
• Knowledge of instrumentation is a plus; motivation and eagerness to learn are at least as important to us;
• You work in a structured and planned manner and communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders;
• You are proactive, think in solutions, and enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams.
