Engineer – Electrical & HVAC Execution

We currently have 8 projects with around 4500 custom designed, furnished homes as well as commercial and institutional spaces that showcase our expertise. As an Engineer – Electrical & HVAC Execution, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of electrical and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in our residential and commercial projects. Your key responsibilities will include: • Designing, building, testing, and commissioning electrical and HVAC systems to ensure they meet our high standards; • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs; • Conducting site visits to inspect and troubleshoot electrical and HVAC systems; • Developing and maintaining technical documentation for all projects; • Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry developments to continuously improve our processes and services. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you! Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; • 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the construction industry; • Strong understanding of electrical and HVAC systems, including design, installation, testing, and commissioning; • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; • Proficiency in CAD software and other technical tools.
