As a key member of our data engineering group, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data processing systems, leveraging your expertise in data engineering, data science, and analytics. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data processing systems using various programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design solutions that meet those needs. • Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data quality controls to ensure high-quality data is available for analysis and decision-making. • Work closely with data scientists and analysts to understand their needs and develop data products that meet those needs. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data engineering, data science, and analytics, and apply this knowledge to improve our processes and systems. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, or a related field. • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. • Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases. • Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes. • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
