• Operation and monitoring of data processing systems as well as control from the operations control center on four platforms (zOS, AIX, Linux, Windows) across four environments (DEVE, TEST, QUAL, PROD)
• Preparation and execution of deployment tasks for technical and application releases, including stopping/starting applications and system components
• Contribution in essential areas to the stability, availability, and continuous further development of IT systems
• Control of mass processing (batch) via scheduler with complex, cross-platform system dependencies
• Planning, preparation, and execution of processing jobs
• Analysis of system messages, initiation of transition and fallback measures in case of disruptions, and dispatching of on-call units
• Clarification, documentation, and resolution of exceptional situations in batch processing and faulty system states
• Initiating and controlling necessary maintenance and servicing work

• Ideally, you have sound experience in zOS, AIX, Linux, and Windows
• You are comfortable managing processing, maintenance, and failure logs, as well as statistics and control documents
• The topics of resource dispatching, coordination, and independent management of shift operations and on-call readiness are familiar to you
• Willingness to work in shift operations
• Willingness to perform on-call duty on weekends
• Service-oriented thinking, technical know-how combined with business expertise, and communication awareness appropriate to the level
• A likeable personality with assertiveness
• Confident demeanor and very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
