Main responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and implementing projects of digitalization and optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring product quality.
- Analyze and map existing production processes.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
- Develop and test new processes and technologies.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators of processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Train and orient the team on new processes and procedures.
