Integration, CapEx and Procurement Specialist Engineer (214)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze procedures, norms, and technical documents to ensure the conformity of processes and projects;
- Conduct meetings, routines, and interfaces with the Procurement, Contracts, Engineering, and Construction areas during the project development phase;
- Consolidate data and prepare management reports, presentations, and tracking materials;
- Prepare budgets, Unit Price Compositions (CPUs), and reports of criteria and premises adopted for CapEx evaluation;
- Obtain quotes for inputs and services for CapEx development and technically analyze the costs of quantity spreadsheets;
- Gather quantities for budget preparation and cost estimates.
- Support the preparation and organization of the necessary documentation for contracting processes;
- Prepare, track, and monitor internal procedures, management reports, and alignment meetings;
- Plan and prepare physical, financial, and economic project schedules;
- Develop and update supply plans aligned with project needs;
- Prepare, update, and manage databases and reference indexes to support analysis and decision-making.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
- Degree in Engineering;
- Experience in project development / cost control;
- Proficiency in project management tools and systems: Office, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, SAP;
- Availability for travel.
DIFFERENTIALS:
- Intermediate/Advanced English;
- Experience in large-scale industrial and geotechnical projects;
- Knowledge of FEL methodology;
- Experience in quoting, procurement, or budgeting;
