Job description
Airswift is looking for a Turnaround Engineer to act in the planning and control of projects in a dynamic and large-scale environment, supporting a robust portfolio in the oil & gas sector.
Main responsibilities:
- Elaboration, updating, and monitoring of detailed schedules using MS Project
- Creation and maintenance of project documents and artifacts (resource histogram, punch list, material requisition, premise log, among others) in MS Excel
- Preparation and sending of weekly progress reports, including:
- Scope changes
- Detailing evolution
- Activities performed
- Identified challenges
- Future actions
- Scope detailing in conjunction with technical areas, including activity sequencing, resource definition, deadlines, and materials
- Implementation of good planning practices (methods, rituals, tools, and documentation)
- Risk mapping, monitoring, and mitigation
- Definition and monitoring of project KPIs
- Issuance of status reports (S-curve, milestones, material status, etc.)
- Cross-functional work across the department's entire portfolio, ensuring standardization and quality
Requirements:
- Advanced/fluent English (reading, writing, and participation in meetings)
- Complete graduation in Engineering
- Experience with large project management (e.g., UMS and shutdowns/turnarounds)
- Knowledge in:
- MS Project
- MS Excel (advanced)
- SAP
