Job Description:
- Responsible for supervising, implementing, and monitoring quality management systems in all stages of the project, as well as leading the inspection team. This professional ensures that services and materials are fully compliant with contractual requirements, technical standards, and current regulations, ensuring excellence in project execution. Additionally, leads the development and execution of the Quality Guarantee Plan, promoting compliance with quality and performance objectives;
- Ensure use of procedures and controls from CCR's quality management system. Conduct trainings, orientations, and quality audits on field teams;
- Assure process, input, supplier, equipment, and product quality, as well as proper execution of services according to project specifications;
- Emit quality records when necessary, such as non-conformities, corrective actions, and preventive modifications. Conduct inspections of receipt of inputs, suppliers, power plants, and laboratories;
- Accompany, guide, and analyze the results of control technological tests from Contractors, and perform monitoring controls and their frequency, including retrographs, sketches, mappings, among other tools;
- Support project management in attending to physical-financial schedules of works, verifying deadlines and execution costs regularly;
- Subsidize project management in preparing and closing measurement records, inspecting, evaluating, and confirming services executed in the field through calculation memories and photographic reports;
- Ensure receipt of works within quality standards and current norms, performing routine inspections, meticulous evaluation between project, norms, procedures, and on-site execution. Assist companies in technical/executive matters;
- Support technical leadership of the inspection team, guiding, teaching, training, and accompanying the development of activities by the field team, according to established standards for service realization;
- Support teams and third-party companies monitoring environmental and labor safety, regarding compliance with laws, norms, and internal procedures.
