Senior Mechanical Engineer for Air Conditioning Systems Commissioning

Job description

Responsibilities

Coordinate the team of commissioning engineers, with the objective of meeting the contracted scope, project deadline, and required quality.

Perform inspection of air conditioning and refrigeration installations, verifying their adherence to projects and specifications.

Perform functional tests, with measurement of air flow, water flow, and performance calculation.

Perform quality control of field installations.

Perform monitoring of basic field tests.

Preparation of technical reports; analysis and approval of technical documents; analysis of technical procedures.

Monitoring of equipment startup, air and water TAB (Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing).

Qualifications

Full Mechanical Engineering degree; Knowledge of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems; Experience with thermodynamics calculations, such as enthalpy and performance;
