Engineer - Maintenance Management Facilitator

We are looking for a Maintenance Management Facilitator to act in the integration and governance of maintenance processes, connecting planning, scheduling, materials, execution, operation, and engineering.

Education:

• Graduation in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Metallurgical, Production, or Petroleum Engineering with active registration in CREA.

Technical Competencies:

• SAP PM;
• Maintenance Management;
• Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams);
• Experience in indicator management;
• Technical English.

Responsibilities:

• Integrate planning, scheduling, materials, execution, operation, engineering, procurement, and logistics;
• Monitor the portfolio flow and identify bottlenecks and impediments;
• Follow up on pending items with responsible areas;
• Structure and monitor action plans;
• Consolidate planning, scheduling, execution, materials, backlog, and performance indicators;
• Support RACs, REMANs, follow-up meetings, and critical analyses;
• Consolidate decisions, responsible parties, and deadlines;
• Evaluate the quality and consistency of maintenance records;
• Support process standardization;
• Develop controls, reports, dashboards, and automations;
• Support integration between SAP, APLAT, Excel, Power BI, and other tools;
• Identify deviations and support recovery plans;
• Support coordination in consolidating managerial information;
• Support administrative team controls, when necessary;
• Propose improvements in planning, scheduling, and materials processes.
