- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing systems, policies, and programs for occupational health and safety management, ensuring the elimination or reduction of risks in work environments and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Acting strategically on specific security plans for road paving, signaling, emergency interventions on highways, and other related activities, aiming to prevent accidents, minimize risks, and prevent environmental impacts. Main responsibilities include analyzing and mitigating risks in critical activities, such as active traffic operations on highways, and defining strategies to ensure the physical integrity of employees, users, and third parties;
- Prepare and maintain updated statistics sheets on workplace accidents, forwarding periodic reports to regulatory bodies and sustainability control areas;
- Analyze demands from external regulatory bodies and public organizations, ensuring the submission of information in the required format;
- Inspect irregularities in Quality, Safety, Health, Environment, and Compliance (QSSMA) during field visits. Ensure adherence to legal requirements, regulations, and internal company norms;
- Prepare detailed reports and photographic records, forwarding them to the immediate supervisor and responsible area manager. Ensure the execution of activities aligned with the CCR Group's Golden Rules and QSSMA standards, promoting safe behaviors and preventing;
- Update and monitor information in specific operational systems, including CAT, PPRA, fire extinguisher control, EPI/EPC, firefighting brigades, CIPA, and periodic reports;
- Supervise the maintenance and availability of firefighting devices, such as extinguishers, hydrants, and alarms, in accordance with regulatory norms. Supervise third-party companies on construction projects, verifying compliance with safety standards, use of EPIs/EPCs, and collective security devices;
- Develop, review, and implement annually the PPRA - Program for Environmental Risk Prevention, including risk measurements and proposals for mitigation solutions;
- Conduct accident investigations, identify root causes, and propose corrective and preventive actions. Accompany judicial perjuries related to workplace accidents, in alignment with the legal department. Promote the Safe Practice Index (SPI) and continuous improvement actions based on identified deviations;
- SUPPORT initiatives for safety training and awareness for internal teams and contractors. Contribute to the sustainable management of waste at the work site, in accordance with environmental aspects and impacts of the unit. Monitor and evaluate the environmental impact of construction projects in compliance with internal and normative standards.
