Job description
Description of Activities: Feed LUPA following PGP of each project; Prepare presentation for opening projects meeting; Issue Opening Project Report (ATA) for each project; Monitor and update Predictions and Realizations of Stops in PROABI; Structure the PEP in SAP S/4HANA; Prepare and update monthly reports on planning for all UN-AM stop projects, and present at RAC; Feed and inform data from projects to GESTINV monthly; Analyze, structure, and forward proposals for project approval; Review and validate project plans; Coordinate with teams to ensure project execution; Provide support to project managers; Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
