Who are we?

We are a consolidated company in the Data Center market. We started our activities in refrigeration systems and are currently structuring ourselves and taking on the other MEP disciplines, for both projects and installation and maintenance.

* Develop and track construction and Data Center implementation schedules;

* Perform physical and financial planning of projects;

* Monitor the progress of field activities with construction teams;

* Control deadlines, productivity, costs, and construction resources;

* Perform quantitative surveys of materials and services;

* Support in planning the mobilization and demobilization of construction sites;

* Prepare management reports, measurements, and physical progress indicators;

* Participate in alignment meetings with clients, suppliers, and operational teams;

* Monitor supplier contracting and material/equipment delivery schedules;

* Support the development of technical scopes and executive construction planning;

* Control technical documentation, schedules, and action plans;

* Work directly with the planning of critical infrastructure, including electrical, UPS, cooling, automation, and Data Center support systems;

* Identify schedule deviations and propose corrective actions to meet deadlines;

* Act as an interface between engineering, construction, occupational safety, procurement, and the client;

* Monitor commissioning, startup, and final project delivery;

* Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety, and operational procedures of the construction site;

* Support cost control, budget, and project forecasts;

Requirements:

• Use planning and control tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Excel, Power BI, and ERP.

• Degree in Engineering

• Intermediate English and Spanish are mandatory
