Infrastructure Engineer

**Main Responsibilities**

+ Management of tickets related to maintenance and improvements of Azure infrastructure

+ Participation in projects

+ Global company structure: comprehensive support

+ Analysis and resolution of technical problems

+ Follow-up meetings with global teams

**Requirements**

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

+ 3+ years of experience in technical support, cloud engineering, or a related role.

+ Expertise in Microsoft Azure services and cloud architecture.

+ Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and/or Linux environments.

+ Experience with networking concepts (DNS, VPN, firewalls, load balancers).

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Fluency in spoken and written English.
