Job Description:
- Develop, implement and maintain automation systems in automatic and semi-automatic machines.
- Develop retrofit and improvement projects for current machines.
- Program, adjust and standardize CLPs, IHMs and supervisory systems.
- Act on commissioning, start-up and validation of new equipment and production lines.
- Detect automation failures, reducing downtime and rework time.
- Optimize cycle times, machine sequences and energy consumption.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and current legislation.
- Integrate machines to data collection systems and industrial indicators (OEE, efficiency, scrap).
- Develop technical documentation: manuals, programming standards, diagrams and procedures.
- Train operators and maintenance technicians on automated systems.
