As a Construction Leader at Rôgga, your main challenge will be to lead all stages of construction, monitoring the execution of all stages of construction planning. Accompanying projects and construction teams and contractors, meeting all stipulated premises and parameters, delivering results for the company and satisfaction with products and services for customers, managing the construction team through the Rôgga Culture.

Responsibilities and duties

• Construction management, monitoring, and inspection.
• Development and monitoring of construction schedules (planning).
• Ensure the base budget of the construction as well as managing cost control on site, among other activities pertinent to the role.
• Maintain the necessary staff for the development of work and achievement of results.
• Manage and guide the team for the execution of activities in accordance with the projects, guiding execution, monitoring, and demanding results within the established forms and deadlines of the construction.
• Monitor the entry of inputs and materials to meet the construction schedule.
• Be responsible for the quality and safety standards of the constructions.
• Prepare reports, recording the work executed, the inspections carried out, and the changes that occurred in relation to the approved projects.
• Keep the team engaged and aligned with Rôgga values, managing people.
• Monitor construction costs according to the pre-established budget (avoid waste).
• Be responsible for the actual cost, deadline, quality, and safety of the constructions.
• Actively participate in quality, safety, and other company programs.
• Perform measurement of outsourced labor.
• Production reporting.
• Material requisitions for contractors.

Requirements and qualifications

• Graduation in Civil Engineering or Architecture required.
• Experience in multi-family vertical developments, in conventional structure and structural masonry constructions.
