Job: Junior Civil Engineer We are looking for a Junior Civil Engineer to act strategically and operationally, accompanying from planning to final delivery of the work, ensuring quality, deadline, cost, and technical alignment in all stages. Main responsibilities Assist in developing projects, acting in planning, execution, monitoring, and control phases. Define priorities, delegate activities, manage conflicts, and ensure the correct allocation of resources. Collaborate with other departments to achieve project goals. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers. Participate in meetings, discussions, and decision-making processes. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. Perform other tasks as required.
