Job description
We are looking for a Civil Engineer with solid experience in residential vertical construction and budget management.
About our client
Construction company undergoing modernization, present in Paraná and Santa Catarina, acting in partnership with major architecture offices.
Main responsibilities
The Civil Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of works and rigorous control of budgets, acting on high-end residential projects. Their main activities include:
- Planning and monitoring of residential vertical construction
- Preparation and control of schedules, ensuring deadlines and quality
- Budget management: analysis, updating, and cost control
- Interface with suppliers and architecture offices for technical alignments
- Negotiation and follow-up on deliveries
- Coordination of field teams, ensuring safety and technical compliance
- Presentation of managerial reports to the board
- Use of management systems (desirable experience with Mega System)
We are looking for a professional with a degree in Civil Engineering and experience in project management and budgeting.
Mega system experience is an asset.
Full-time position in Curitiba, with periodic trips to Santa Catarina.
