Field Engineer - Real Estate, Fortaleza

Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Field Engineer specializing in Real Estate to join our team in São Gonçalo do Amarante, Brazil. This role will be fundamental to supervising and managing various real estate development projects in the Fortaleza region.

Responsibilities:

Supervise the execution of works ensuring conformity with projects, technical standards, and quality standards.
Control schedules, resources, and productivity of field teams.
Coordinate activities between disciplines (civil, electrical, mechanical) to ensure integration and operational alignment.
Conduct technical inspections, issue reports, and propose solutions for execution problems.
Support in managing suppliers, logistics of materials, and cost control.
