Senior Software Engineering - IA

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to work in the Accessibility Squad, contributing technically to the evolution of our platforms, tools and processes. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for: • Designing and developing accessible digital solutions; • Collaborating with designers, product managers and other stakeholders to ensure accessibility in all stages of the development process; • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and guidelines for accessibility; • Participating in code reviews and ensuring that all developed code is accessible and follows best practices; • Staying up-to-date with new technologies and trends in accessibility, and applying this knowledge to improve our solutions. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; • At least 5 years of experience in software development, preferably in the area of accessibility; • Strong background in software development, with experience in designing and developing accessible products; • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies; • Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and standards (WCAG 2.1, Section 508, etc.); • Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma or Adobe XD; • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
