Senior Software Engineering - IA

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to work in the Accessibility Squad, contributing technically to the evolution of our platforms, tools and processes. If you have strong background in software development, with experience in designing and developing accessible products, this is an opportunity to join a team that values diversity, inclusion and innovation. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for: • Designing and developing accessible digital solutions; • Collaborating with designers, product managers and other stakeholders to ensure accessibility in all stages of the development process; • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and guidelines for accessibility; • Participating in code reviews and ensuring that all developed code is accessible and follows best practices; • Staying up-to-date with new technologies and trends in accessibility, and applying this knowledge to improve our solutions. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; • At least 5 years of experience in software development, preferably in the area of accessibility; • Strong background in software development, with experience in designing and developing accessible products; • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies; • Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and standards (WCAG 2.1, Section 508, etc.); • Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma or Adobe XD; • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
