Engaged In-House IT System Administrator (m/w/d)

Tasks

You will be responsible for the stable operation and gradual relocation of central IT components from the data center.

You build Windows Server clients and Microsoft 365 structures independently, configure them, and develop them further.

You design and implement network structures, including site bindings, switching, and routing.

You operate and optimize Citrix and client environments as well as mobile devices.

You technically oversee external service providers and ensure clean documentation and transparency.

You actively participate in IT projects and bring your own technical ideas to the table.

Qualification

You have a completed IT education or equivalent qualification.

You bring several years of experience as a system administrator in an in-house environment.

You possess very good knowledge of Windows, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Citrix.

You have a solid understanding of network structures and enjoy setting things up independently.

You work structured, responsibly, and solution-oriented.

You have very good German language skills and good English language skills.
