Dedicated Personality for Foundation and Administration (50%)

For the Guido Fluri Foundation, we are looking for a dedicated personality with a workload of 50%, who empathetically supports clients, takes on organizational tasks, and assists the Foundation Board with solid office knowledge. You will also contribute your skills to supporting the management of GF Group Holding AG.

In this versatile role, you will accompany demanding social issues and participate in projects that benefit people in various life situations. You will approach them with respect, understanding, and appreciation, even in challenging life circumstances.

As an important interface between strategic work, organization, and personal support, you will contribute your social competence, sense of responsibility, and presence to the further development of our foundation's values and goals.

Your Tasks

• Collaboration on diverse projects within the Guido Fluri Foundation
• Empathetic accompaniment and support of people
• Coordination of varied daily business and professional communication
• Support of the management of GF Group Holding AG in organizational, administrative, and professional matters

Your Profile

• High social competence and enjoyment in accompanying people
• Empathetic, trustworthy personality with integrity and discretion
• Independent, structured, and team-oriented way of working
• Confident demeanor and enjoyment of communication and collaboration
• Good PC user skills and solid professional experience in a commercial field
• Very good German and good English skills; French advantageous
